We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special order items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Shipping: Once you have received the RMA number, you will need to return the item to us at the address provided. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged during delivery or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during the return process.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@omasonali.com or (515) 233-2694. You may be eligible for a free return or replacement under our warranty.

Please keep all packaging materials and take photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist us in processing your return. Omasonali will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective or damaged items.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, particularly for large or heavy items. This will be clearly indicated in the product description or at the time of the return.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item and place a new order. Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate a return, and then you may purchase the replacement item on our website.


7. Return Exceptions for Special Circumstances

  • Late Returns: Returns requested after the 30-day return window may be subject to approval. Late returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply.
