At Omasonali, we are committed to delivering your luxurious and modern furniture promptly and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders and what you can expect when shopping with us.
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of the items in your order. You will be able to view the available shipping options and corresponding costs during the checkout process.
Available Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-10 business days (depending on your location).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days for an additional fee.
- White Glove Delivery: Premium delivery service that includes room-of-choice delivery, unboxing, assembly, and debris removal (available on selected items).
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Locations
Omasonali currently ships to the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time. However, we are working to expand our shipping options and will notify customers of any changes to our shipping policy.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is successfully received. Please note that during peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays, special sales), processing times may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the expected time frame, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@omasonali.com for assistance.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in approximately 3-5 business days for an additional fee.
- White Glove Delivery: Delivery times vary based on location and availability, but it typically takes 7-14 business days. We will contact you to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Factors such as inclement weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to provide seamless delivery service, there are some shipping restrictions to be aware of:
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.
- Military APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently offer shipping to military APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: As of now, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Delivery address (shipping to rural or remote areas may incur additional charges).
- Size and weight of the products in your order.
- The shipping method selected (Standard, Expedited, White Glove).
- Any applicable promotional or discount codes.
Note: In some cases, free shipping may be offered for select products or promotions. If you qualify for free shipping, this will be reflected during the checkout process.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@omasonali.com or (515) 233-2694. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging for a return or replacement, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged items for documentation purposes.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Omasonali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as “delivered.” If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
We are happy to help with any issues, but please note that we cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as delivered.
10. Address Errors
It is important that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Omasonali is not responsible for delays or lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
